"Wheel of the Year" is an innovative app designed in Figma that brings the ancient rhythms of the earth's orbit to your fingertips. This interactive calendar visually displays the movements of the Earth around the Sun throughout the year, marking the eight significant Wiccan holidays: the two solstices, the two equinoxes, and the ancient Celtic agricultural festivals adopted by Wicca—Beltane, Lammas, Samhain, and Imbolc.
Uniquely versatile, the app accommodates both the Southern and Northern Hemisphere versions of each date, ensuring universal compatibility for users around the globe. Each festivity is richly detailed with dedicated pages that describe the historical and cultural significance of the festival, offering insightful prompts and suggestions for ways to celebrate each event.
